Elliott Wave India takes its research seriously. With reference to Refunds & Cancellations :
Refunds : As we are not selling physical goods and our deliverable products are Analyses & / or Charts, we do not provide refunds. This is not only to protect us but also our genuine paying subscribers who are aware of the importance of our analyses and are paying their hard earned money for the same. Even an hour’s free time on the site would give investors and traders access to a huge amount of analyses of literally hundreds of stock analysis and charts, which would not be fair or equitable to either us or our paying subscribers.
We do not guarantee a certain number of trade ideas or investment ideas over any time period. We take what the market offers. If we do not spot opportunities, we do not post them. No refunds would be entertained for lack of trade ideas or trade setups.
From time to time, if we so choose, we may open up sections or all of the website for free to the general public. Paying subscribers will not receive refunds or even partial refunds granted for the time the site is free to use.
Cancellations : Subscribers are free to cancel their subscription at any time. There will be no pro-rata refund provided for time left on their subscription period. For example – if a subscriber has paid for 6 months, the subscription can be cancelled at any time but it will apply only for the next billing period if automatic recurring payment is enabled, and there will be no pro rata refund. If the subscriber cancels even 1 week after paying for 6 months, there will be no pro-rata refund of the same, though there will be no automatic renewal of the subscription at the end of the 6 month subscription period.
If for any reason, Elliott Wave India ceases operations or stops posting for a length of time exceeding 3 months, refunds will be made to subscribers on a pro-rata basis.
